Inspired by her extensive travels as a former flight attendant- from the vibrant colours and rich diversity of India to the Middle East’s bustling markets to the serene landscapes of Asia’s countryside, Ambar Taara’s collections are an amalgamation of diverse influences and inspirations that embodies the essence of allure and grace.

With a deep reverence for the heritage and craftsmanship of Indian textiles, she blends traditional techniques with contemporary designs to create pieces that are both timeless and yet modern. Any new endeavor- be it business or personal- is not possible without the love and support of our family.

But Sanket’s (my husband) unwavering support of my new venture has always been a source of strength and inspiration. He stood by me like a rock all my life, not only limited to my entrepreneurial pursuit. He supported me and has been my sounding board since the budding stage of Ambar Taara. His unyielding commitment to our partnership has allowed me to build my business with confidence and clarity, knowing that I have a reliable ally by my side all my life.

My two lovely children, Amayra & Agastya, have also been instrumental in my entrepreneurial pursuit. They have cheered me on and lifted me up during times of stress and uncertainty. Their unconditional love has given me the strength to keep going, even when the going gets tough.

The leap of faith to Ambar Taara is the manifestation of their unwavering encouragement that has been a constant source of inspiration for me, and I know that I would not be where I am today without them. My pursuit is an amalgamation of who I am, what I believe in, and what values were instilled in me by my loved ones.
