Our committed team of Ambar Taara leave no room for errors during the quality check of every product as we handcheck each of our garment, and run them through attentive assessments before packing them with love and care. Estimated arrival time 7-10 days from the date of order.

Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances. You can expect to receive the product within 7-10 days from the date of order.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address, or phone number, please reach us at contact@ambartaara.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn’t been shipped.

We are working on making our products available internationally.

We do not offer returns or exchange.

If you have to cancel your order, please reach to us before the order before has been processed & shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

If the order has not been processed & shipped, we can cancel the order & refund your money excluding transaction charges.

You would be charged a small transaction fee (typically 2%-3.5%* depending on your payment method). This is a fee which is borne by us (AmbarTaara Designs) in case of a successfully shipped & fulfilled order. This fee has to be borne by you in case you decide to cancel the order.

We currently don’t offer exchange/return unless the wrong or a damaged product has been shipped to you.

In the odd case – a product is damaged or wrong, you can contact us at contact@ambartaara.com. We will ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Note: All tagged pure silk handwoven/ handloom garments/ sarees/ dupattas may have thread pulls or gathers. Thread pulls or gathers are not considered as defects.

Colour might slightly differ due to screen, camera settings and lights.Colour or shade variation will not be accepted as reasons for exchange. 

If you have to cancel your order, please reach to us before the order before has been processed & shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

If the order has not been processed & shipped, we can cancel the order & provide a refund to the original payment method.

You would be charged a transaction fee (Approximately 2% depending on the original payment method).

If and when our support team cancels & approves the refund, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours of approval.

The refund takes between 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your original payment method.

At Ambar Taara, we accept ONLY online payments. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, etc. through our payments partner/gateway.

We have partnered with top payment providers of the country to offer 100% secure & safe transactions. All your payment details will be processed in a secure & encrypted way.

There are no UN-disclosed /hidden charges. The cost shown against each product is the final price inclusive of GST.

Two or more coupon codes cannot be clubbed. However you can apply certain coupon codes on sale items.

If your payment fails, you can complete the order with a different payment method or payment partner.

In the rare scenario your payment fails and you get charged, but the order does not complete. Generally such payment auto-refund with 3-5 working days.
