Domestic Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Locations: We ship pan India to all locations serviced by our delivery partners. We ship using top tier delivery companies such as – ¹BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, Professional Couriers, XpressBees, Ecom Express etc.
  2. Shipping Charges: Shipping is free pan India.
  3. Order Fulfillment Timeline: Our committed team of Ambar Taara leave no room for errors during the quality check of every product as we handcheck each of our garment, and run them through attentive assessments before packing them with love and care. This adds up some extra time to the shipping timeline. This also depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.
    Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order.
  4. Delivery Timeline:  Delivery timeline depends on the delivery address of the customer, but a fair Estimated delivery time would be of 5-7 days from the date of order.
  5. Parcel Damaged/Tampered: If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can contact us at contact@ambartaara.com or whatsapp us at +91-9764748742 mentioning the order number.
  6. Changes to order: If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address, or phone number, please reach us at contact@ambartaara.com or or whatsapp us at +91-9764748742 with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn’t been shipped.
  7. No Delivery / Failed Delivery: Failed deliveries due to wrong address, wrong contact details, customer out of town or not responding – will be reshipped only by contacting us. Shipment charges will be paid by the customer in such a scenario.

International Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Locations: We ship to limited locations internationally. Please check during checkout. We ship using top tier international shipping companies like ²DHL, FedEx, Aramex etc.
  2. Shipping charges: International shipment charges will be calculated during checkout depending on product size, number of products & order value.
  3. Order Fulfillment Timeline: Usually, orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of the customer placing the order.
  4. Delivery Timeline: Delivery timeline depends on delivery address of the customer, being an international order, a extra days would be required thereby Orders are delivered within 8-10 working days.
  5. Custom charges / VAT: Any international orders may incur custom charges, duty or VAT. Any custom charges, duty or VAT will be borne by the customer. Our IEC is ABZFA6726B.
  6.     If customer fails to pay the import duty or does not respond to contact attempts from the delivery service, the shipment might be destroyed or abandoned by the customs department of the respective country. Refund will not be given in such a case.
